At Deca, sustainability is a fundamental principle that guides every aspect of our business. Our approach to environmental impact operates on two levels: on the one hand, we are committed to optimizing production processes through waste reduction, the adoption of rigorous certifications, and the efficiency of production processes. On the other hand, we ensure that our products are designed to last, guaranteeing the longevity of heat exchangers and minimizing the possibility of failures and consequent plant shutdowns.

We firmly believe that every company must do its part to reduce environmental impact, and this commitment is one of our key differentiators compared to many production companies in other parts of the world, where environmental protection regulations are often lacking.

ENERGY AND
ENVIRONMENT

To improve our energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact, we have installed a 100 kW photovoltaic system that supports the production of renewable energy for our processes.

Additionally, we have implemented a hybrid heating system and a waste sorting system in our factory to ensure more sustainable waste management.

Thanks to these and other significant investments, we have significantly reduced the use of fossil energy resources and CO2 emissions. We are committed to recycling production waste and scraps, thus reducing waste and increasing the overall efficiency of our processes. These measures significantly contribute to the fight against air pollution and climate change.

THE ECONOMIZER LINE

Our Economizer product line is dedicated to heat recovery during industrial processes, optimizing the environmental and economic efficiency of plants. These heat exchangers not only reduce energy waste but actively contribute to the sustainability of industrial processes, providing a durable, low-environmental-impact solution.

INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY.

At Deca, we constantly invest in advanced technologies to improve our production processes. Our internally developed software, DECA Design Calculation, allows us to optimize production, reducing waste and processing times. Thanks to new machinery based on Industry 4.0 principles, every phase of the process—from metal cutting to carpentry, flanging, and bending—is digitized and optimized. This combination of advanced software and machinery enables us to ensure maximum efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
